Het muzikaole kruuspunt op de maondagaovend
Elke maandagavond tussen negen en tien presenteert Willem Dijkema het programma CROSSROADS. De naam, hoewel niet bijster origineel, is bewust gekozen. CROSSROADS staat voor een muzikaal kruispunt, waar The Blues, zo af en toe, andere muzieksoorten ontmoet. Het is het punt, waar Robert Johnson linksaf slaat, terwijl Steve Earle de weg rechtdoor neemt. Waar Lowell Fulson oog in oog staat met Emmylou Harris. Waar je zomaar Big Joe Williams kunt tegenkomen.Het staat ook voor het café, waarvan Dijkema de uitbater is en met regelmaat bijzondere artiesten ontvangt. De muziek van deze artiesten hoor je ook terug in CROSSROADS.
